Introduction

Clinical survival analysis can predict the development of the disease, evaluate the survival status of patients, and find the influencing factors of the survival status. Common survival analysis methods include Kaplan- Meier, log-rank test, Cox risk proportion model, etc.

CASE

Annotation: The survival probability of the two types of patients with NOTCH wild-type and mutant can be predicted to be significantly different through survival analysis, and the survival probability of mutant patients is higher (left figure). In addition, ROC curve can be drawn by the risk score of patients to predict the survival probability of patients (right figure).
